USC – Fertita Hall
Fertitta Hall at the University of Southern California is home to the USC Marshall School of Business. Fertitta Hall is a beautifully executed space that people find themselves compelled to explore upon entering. This project required extensive coordination on our behalf with close attention to every detail. A multitude of local, national and international manufacturers were sourced and managed to deliver this project on time and on budget.
The new interior brings a fresh, state-of-the art offering to the campus building, giving students and faculty a unique, modern, and innovative space with impact. USC’s signature red and gold color palette were weaved throughout the space to reflect the university’s school spirit in the design.
Working closely with Jan and USC’s Capital Construction Development team, we were able to provide such a creative space not only for faculty but for the students. It was important to design the furniture in a way where the students can study for the next class, collaborate on an assignment, or grab a chair and take a mental break. Fertitta Hall provides many classrooms with technology integrated, breakout rooms for potential training sessions or small meetings, and lecture halls for USC Marshall undergraduates.
