Gate One, a premier commercial space in the Townsgate Corridor, is evolving. Gate One breaks the mold as a Class A, creative commercial space in Westlake Village, CA which was built in 1979 and currently undergoing a new remodel since 2017 which we’ve been honored to be a part of.
